The Keto Diet is not just a standard diet everyone does the same, watch out for other keto diets where you get a meal plan that is the same for everyone or based on gender only.
Every person is unique, and so is their macronutrients, I have specialised a formula only I have when it comes to working out the perfect macros for every person when it comes to the amount of fat, protein and carbs they are allowed to get in per day.

How It Works
You sign up and pay R1500 for 2 months. I will then send you a booking link you use to book an online video meeting with me.
This is the initial interview meeting where we get your shopping list ready and other details needed before we can work out your own custom keto diet meal plan and intermittent fasting plan. We also look at exercises if you are interested in exercising as you do not have to.
There are another three video consultations available over the two months after the first initial video consultation. You can also send me a WhatsApp at any time, and I will reply ASAP.
I prefer this over the basic programme as this helps me help people more directly and ensure they get the results they want.
Intermittent fasting is a very complex idea on its own and is not as easy as just saying 16 hours fast and 8 hours eating window.
Many people have success with the basic programme, but people with me as their coach have even faster and more significant results.
I know what it feels like being overweight, and your children, friends and spouse looking at you with saddened eyes—not being able to play actively with your kids or even fitting in any clothes and being out of breath and feeling uncomfortable when looking into the mirror.
