calamari
fresh and raw

coconut flour
preferably organic

pink himalayan salt

paprika

garlic powder

carbsmat mayonnaise
Instructions
In a bowl beat the egg. In another bowl combine the coconut flour and dry ingredients.
Pat the calamari dry and dip into the beaten egg then dredge through the flour mixture before dropping into the pan to fry.
Cooking in batches making sure to not overcrowd the pan, fry 2 minutes per side until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towels.
Either serve as is or toss with chillies of your choice if you wish and add enough carbsmart mayonnaise and some lemon juice.
